Berr Hotel

Good location

Old furniture

I lied that the staff was very friendly and kind

The rooms were a little bit old

The staff was very kind and they paid attention to our needs and helped when necesary.

Location and parking.

Clean , comfortable, easy reaching in old townCoaperative staff esp siyer and erdogan in reception

I love the hotel is so clean, friendly people convenience in the middle of Istanbul

I love everything the rooms, the staff

The location is amazing — right in the heart of Akdeniz, close to Adnan Menderes Street and Fevzi Pasa Street, just 10 minutes from the famous Fatih Mosque ⭐️. The view from the room is nice, the design is stylish, and the room layout is well planned ✨.

The shower area was not practical as there was no door to keep water inside, and the noise from outside could be heard at night ?. Also, there were no power sockets near the table, and most reception staff (except Șayar - special thanks to him) could be more friendly and smile more.

The location of the hotel is at the walking distance to the main Istanbul attractions.( bazar, moschees , public transportation, etc. )Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. We received fruit plates in the room after arrival which we didn't order and we liked it. A wonderful surprise from the hotel personnel..

The furniture is old . There is a parking space under the hotel but if you don't know how to reach the entrance it is practically impossible to use it. The street where the hotel is located is very very busy and you cannot stop in front.

Very clean.Good situation and good breakfast.

Staff were very helpful.specially Mr Fatih at front desk in advising on travel options, ensuring taxi availability. Just two suggestions for the consideration of the management. The breakfast spread was good, may consider to provide omelette if requested especially for those who dislike boiled eggs like me.. I was told it will be done at extra cost. The starbuks cafe attached to the hotel, serves only coffee and other drinks. For lunch and dinner you will have to go out this is at times is difficult in the cold and rain. It will be helpful if the hotel has an understanding with nearby restaurants for ordering and delivery of food. The rooms were clean and stay was comfortableI would recommend the hotel as it is quiet central and easily accessible

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they greeted us warmly and made sure we had fresh water and fruit every day. Breakfast was included in the price and added great value to our stay. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant welcome from the lovely staff. Good location and easy to park outside from the moment we arrived. There may be basement parking but we didn’t utilize that.

It’s my second time to be in the hotel. The hotel was great clean staff was polite and nice restaurant supermarket transportation all nearby specially Mr. Ali is the best.

It’s great place for staying in Istanbul. My partner and l enjoyed this charming 4 stars hotel for our entire stay in lstanbul, and benefited from great facilities, perfect location, and unlimited services of it.

The location is in one of the best places with easy transportation access to old and new popular centers of lstanbul.Facilities in hotel are matching a real four star in Europe. So an advanced one! Personal are are very attentive and professional. I recommend this hotel to family and couples!

Location, spacious room

Very noise during night. Big protests in the city police everywhere

Close to wedding shops

Breackfast bad & cold .Hotel not very clean allso bedsheets in room badly stained.Should not be a 4 star more like a 2 star needs to be reviewed.

A comfortable hotel located at one of the most popular places in Istanbul. Very clean and equipped. Staff are dieselend and extra helpful. It’s a great value for money!

Hotel was beautiful, really clean with friendly staff. Rooms were very big sized. Cleaner came in everyday & she was lovely. Location was excellent & close to everything you need, to restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, pharmacy & the Historia mall as well as bus & metro services. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good price

Bathroom’s door was old, we could hear everything from the room next to ours, breakfast was ok but didn’t have plenty choices of European breakfast (ex cakes or croissants), some people from the staff didn’t speak English

Kind staff all of them, receptionists and Supervisors epically Ibrahim and Ahmed, they also speak Arabic well.
